TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter, 'Terms') govern all product sales transactions made through the Finca Garval online store, fincagarval.com. By placing an order at Finca Garval, the Customer accepts these Terms without reservation.
2. Applicable Regulations
This legal notice is governed by Spanish regulations, in particular by:
- Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).
- Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

On one hand, SYCO BUSINESS & INVESTMENT S.L. (hereinafter, 'SYCO BUSINESS & INVESTMENT'), with Tax ID B19599026 and registered office at C/RAMÓN Y CAJAL 11, España, email: info@fincagarval.com, acting as provider of the products contracted by the consumer and/or user.
On the other hand, the Customer, registered on the website and whose purpose is to be a consumer and/or user of this and/or contract the products or services of SYCO BUSINESS & INVESTMENT. The Customer is responsible for the veracity of the data provided on this website.
4. Prices
The prices published in the Finca Garval online store are in euros and include the applicable VAT on the day of the order. SYCO BUSINESS & INVESTMENT reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Object of the Contract (Description of Products and Services)
The object of this contract is to regulate the relationship between SYCO BUSINESS & INVESTMENT and the Customer at the moment when the latter gives their consent during the contracting process.
6. Payment Methods
The Customer can choose to pay their purchases at Finca Garval by bank transfer or by credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway.
7. Product
The offers presented in Finca Garval are valid within the limit of available stock and the dates established for such offer. SYCO BUSINESS & INVESTMENT reserves the right to modify the product range depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
8. Shipping and Returns
Delivery times and shipping costs will be detailed in the purchase process. The Customer has the right to return a product within 14 natural days following receipt of it, assuming the shipping costs of the return, except in justified cases.
9. User Registration
User registration is necessary to make purchases at Finca Garval. The personal data provided will be protected in accordance with applicable legislation on personal data protection.
10. Purchase Process
The Customer must follow the purchase process indicated on the website to acquire the desired products.
11. Warranties
SYCO BUSINESS & INVESTMENT guarantees the free replacement of products for justified causes, assuming the corresponding shipping costs.

13. Conflict Resolution
Purchases made at Finca Garval are subject to Spanish legislation. In case of conflict, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada.
14. Reservation of Rights
Prices and offers are valid except for typographical error, stock breaks or technical incidents.
